Due to poor audience participation, Matt & I have chosen the final movie all by ourselves.  That's right folks, Matt & I were both independently drinking one night and stumbled on this little gem which stars Weng Weng the Filipino midget super-spy 003.5 who is armed with his tiny doll-like jet pack, a remote control hat, and so much crazy courage.

We bring you For Y'ur Height Only.

We will have T-Shirts available again this year - you can pick them up right here!  Again, they'll be screen printed on big beefy t-shirts.  The price has gone up a little bit this year due to the cost of paints & screens as well as the significant inconvenience we are putting Allison through while she is pregnant.  We love Allison.

Reserve your t-shirts below via paypal.

Don't forget to bring beer, a comfy chair, and a huge appetite for the chef.   Bug spray might help as well.  People can start showing up at 7pm.  Games will start shortly after that, and the first movie will play at sundown - between 8:30 & 9.

We'll be projecting onto the big screen & have large speakers set up.  Loud obnoxious banter is strongly encouraged during the movies.  Movies will start at sundown, but get there between 7:00 & 8pm if you want to play some fun party games like Werewolf or Two Rooms and a Boom.
Looking forward to seeing you all there!
The second movie for Raviolifest has been chosen!  Image result for glen or glenda

The second movie, by overwhelming majority (and by overwhelming I mean like 6 people) is Glen or Glenda!  They call this movie a docudrama which makes me hope it's kind of like Best in Show.  It's a story of a cross dresser before cross dressing as Katie Perry was cool.  Turns out, back in the day it was kinda shocking.

Keep your eyes peeled - the third movie to be be announced momentarily!

Happy Movie Picking week everybody!  The first movie chosen by oh so few of you but still enough to lock down a spot in the top 3 with only 5 votes, will be SLUGS.
Let me repeat that tagline for you'all just so it really sinks in.
They Slime.  They Ooze.  They Kill!

What can be more deadly than a slug that's dedicated to eating as much of your blood as possible?  I don't know... probably just about any other creature out there that was similarly blood thirsty.  Not only are you safe pretty much as long as you're moving, but pulling a good ol' Sam & Dean and surrounding yourself with a salt circle would probably protect you pretty good too while you got some shut eye.  Still, I can't wait to see all the hi-jinx those slimy little cuties get into.

The first movie chosen for Raviolifest everybody.  SLUGS.  deal with it!

Welcome to the Home of Raviolifest.  The 17th Annual Raviolifest will take place September 10th, doors open at 7pm & movies start when it's dark enough to watch them.  As always, admission is a can of ravioli.  Preferably the chef.  We will play 3 movies, but only real troopers stick around for the third one it turns out.

FAQ:
Q: Can I bring fancy ravioli that I make at home?  A: NO.
Q: Can I bring something other than ravioli - honestly I think it's terrible.  A: You can bring Doritos.  That's pretty much it.  Maybe some desserts.
Q: Can I bring beer?  A: Absolutely.  We won't be supplying beer but we might all share if you bring good stuff.  Wine and other stuff is also ok.
Q: Is Raviolifest child friendly?  A: Absolutely not.
Q: Why do you start at 7 if movies can't be watched until 9 or so?  A: So we can get our drink on, also so we can play awesome party games which are sometimes (often) more fun than the movies.
Q: Are the movies any good?  A: No.  No they are not.
Q: Can I bring friends.  A: Sure, if you vouch for them not being jerks.
Q: Will movies take place outside or inside?  A: Weather permitting, it will take place outside projected onto a very large screen.
Q: Should I bring a comfy chair?  A: Yes, absolutely.
Q: Can I talk during the movies or are you guys like movie nazis?  A: Talking & making fun of the movie during the movie is strongly encouraged.  Think of the TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000.   However, If you're talking loud enough for everybody to hear you, it should be on topic .
Q: Have you really been doing this for 17 years?  This is a terrible idea.  A: Yes we have.  And we usually make T-Shirts each year too.  This shit's for realz.
Q: What movies will you play?  A: We dunno.  We will take suggestions from the facebook page (post trailers) and will announce each movie as we make a decision on it.  Voting will go a little different this year.  So we don't end up with another "Bed Who Eats People" movie, we'll probably only play the mob favorite & select the rest ourselves.

Now enjoy this compilation of Raviolifests Past.
